INTJ

Your Profile
Here are the results of the Personality Type Assessment. If you are like most people, you will be impressed with how accurately these paragraphs describe you.

INTJs represent between 2 and 4% of the U.S. population
INTJs are perfectionists. They tend to be exceptionally innovative, strategic, long-range thinkers who pursue excellence in everything they do. Their strong need for autonomy and achievement – and their faith in their own original ideas – drives them to reach their goals. Highly logical and astute, INTJ’s are quick to see the implications of new ideas and products, and will work hard to see their ideas translated into real-world results. They may set unrealistically high standards, and push other people almost as hard as they push themselves. Not particularly bothered by indifference or criticism, INTJs are among the most independent of all the types, and work productively alone for long periods of time. With original minds, great insight, and vision, INTJs are natural brainstormers. They are naturally theoretical and work well with complex and global concepts.

INTJs Tend To Be:

Creative problem solvers & long-range strategic analysts
Innovative & adept at creating visionary new solutions & systems
Quick to understand complex, highly abstract concepts
Determined & hard working, even in the face of opposition
Logical & analytical decision-makers
Able to focus & concentrate deeply on issues

Career Satisfiers
All people are most satisfied and successful when using their natural talents in an environment that is consistent with their personality preferences and values. Research shows that INTJs are most satisfied by jobs that provide the following:

Opportunities to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Responsibility that is focused on implementation of innovative ideas
Time & space to work independently with minimal interruptions
A work environment with high-performing, intellectual colleagues & few interpersonal squabbles
Advancement opportunities based on objective criteria & competencies

Tg Balai Karimun

I'm just back from adventure. Visiting Tanjung Balai Karimun on Saturday and Sunday today. The experience was quite relax and laidback.

The journey starts about 11 am on Saturday. I took the Falcon ferry from Harbourfront centre, taking the trip at 1225. Alas, the ferry got slightly delayed. The process was pretty smooth. Buy ticket around 1.5 hours before at one of the ticket counter, proceed in, got your back screened, imigration procedure, and then waiting room until there's announcement about the gate. Interestingly, ppl seems to know which gate would open about 10 minutes before the announcement was boomed out of the PA system. So, I went along while keeping extra watch on my bag.

Given my propensity to seek new experiences, I wanted to start a new series of article that explores experiences that are new, new to me, or...
